Primary Care Physician Opportunity – Mahopac, NY- 55 miles North of New York City

Affiliated with Putnam Hospital in Carmel, NY, we are seeking board certified/eligible Family Medicine Physician to join busy and growing primary care practices in Mahopac, NY to work with 3 other physicians and 1 Nurse Practitioner. This practice sees all ages. There are teaching opportunities working with medical students or residents from our IM or FM Residency programs. Our employed outpatient practices utilize our hospitalist programs for in-patient admissions. Our physicians work in a respectful and collegial environment with excellent work life balance. You’ll partner with skilled multidisciplinary staff to manage acute and chronic conditions while promoting wellness across an entire panel of patients.

You’ll also enjoy working in a fully outpatient setting with a stateoftheart, systemwide integrated electronic health record, ensuring seamless communication and coordination across hospitals and practice sites.

Job Requirements:

• MD or DO with NY State License and Federal DEA
• Have successfully completed Family Medicine Residency and be Board Certified or Board Eligible.

Salary Range: $275,000 - $285,000, commensurate or relative to experience.
