Primary Care Physician

This opportunity offers the stability of an experienced clinical team, predictable weekday scheduling, and the flexibility to build long-term patient relationships without inpatient responsibilities. You'll step into a supportive environment designed to help physicians maintain both professional satisfaction and personal balance.

- Flexible Weekday Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. schedule with the option for a 4.5-day workweek and telephonic-only call averaging just 1-2 days per month
- Strong Compensation & Benefits: First-year earning potential up to $296,000 plus productivity incentives, 7 weeks PTO including federal holidays, 401(k) with 6% match, CME allowance, loan support, sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and full malpractice and health benefits
Candidate Requirements
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Comfortable managing a broad outpatient primary care patient population
- Interest in working within a collaborative, team-based practice model
- Strong communication skills and commitment to patient-centered care
