A nonprofit, critical-access hospital located on Whidbey Island, Washington, is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join its primary care clinic team. This is a full-time opportunity offering a balanced schedule and a supportive work environment.

Position Details:

Providers work a 4-day work week with 32 hours of patient care and 8 hours of administrative time, which can be completed remotely. The clinic operates Monday through Friday, seeing 16-20 patients per day. Call responsibilities are minimal, occurring only a few times per year, with telephone call coverage; additional pay is provided for call duties.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary range: $131,000-$154,888, plus productivity and quality incentive bonuses

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as a Physician Assistant in a primary care setting
• NCCPA Certification
