We’re seeking a passionate and driven Physician to join our Lacks Employee Health Facility team located in Kentwood, Michigan. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the health of our community while working in a supportive, mission-driven environment.
Opportunity Details
- Position Type: Full-Time (.74 FTE)
- Lacks Employee Health Facility operated by Trinity Health for patients and their families enrolled in the Lacks Medical Plan
- 1 convenient location in close proximity to several work sites for their patients:
- Lacks Employee Health Facility
- Provider will spend 100% of their time at Lacks Employee Health Facility in Kentwood
- Clinic offers full service primary care, well visits and chronic disease with low-cost acute care visits as well as occupational health
- On-site medications for patients and lab draws
- Clinical team includes 2 physicians and 5 support staff (mix of MA’s & BOC)
- Clinic is open 7a-5p Monday – Friday, no weekends or holidays
- No on call

Requirements
- Experience required
- Physicians shall be board certified in their respective clinical specialty or must achieve board certification within the timeframe defined by the applicable specialty board.
- Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA license
- BLS certification (must be maintained)/ACLS/BLS certification (must be maintained)
Duties & Responsibilities
A typical day may include:
- Providing direct patient care
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Participating in teaching and mentoring
- Documenting in Epic EMR
- Engaging in quality improvement initiatives
- Supporting community health efforts
