Position Highlights

• Structured weekday schedule with morning hospital rounds followed by afternoon clinic
• Broad-spectrum Family Medicine treating patients of all ages
• Shared phone call rotation with two additional Family Physicians
• Light inpatient rounding responsibilities
• Continuity across clinic, hospital, and nursing home patients
• Cerner EMR

Schedule

• Monday-Friday
• Morning inpatient rounding + afternoon clinic
• Shared call at least every third week
• Weekend call includes one Saturday and one Sunday rounding responsibility when assigned

Patient Volume

• Clinic averages 10-15 patients per day
• Inpatient census typically 0-4 patients

Requirements

• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (within 5 years)
• Iowa license required
• Open to providers with active IMLC LOQ while license is in process
• IMLC physicians welcome
