Link Community Clinic NP PC is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, integrative primary care clinic located in the Stadium District of North Tacoma. We are seeking an energetic, compassionate, and experienced licensed healthcare provider to join our team in a parttime (0.5 FTE) role, with an intentional plan to ramp up hours over time and the potential for fulltime employment.
We are looking for a trusted, longterm team member who is excited to grow with our clinic and contribute to both highquality patient care and a collaborative, missiondriven workplace. The successful candidate will provide daytoday clinical care while embodying our core values of Community, Cultural Sensitivity, Health Equity, Integrity, & Service. Our is committed to traumainformed, inclusive, and patientcentered care.
This provider will see patients new to the clinic and share a patient caseload with our existing team of four naturopathic physicians.
Notes on Schedule:
- 20 hours per week of work: 18 hours of patient care ON SITE and 2 hours of administrative time.
- Day shifts with mutually agreed upon ongoing set schedule.
- Example: Monday (8 hours), Wednesday (5 hours), and Friday (5 hours)

Requirements
Qualifications include:
- Washington State DOH Licensed Healthcare Provider who can independently provide primary care for patients with their own professional WA license: Naturopathic Doctor (ND), Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.), Doctor of Medicine (M.D.), Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP).
- Ability to provide excellent patient care.
- Demonstrated record of strong interpersonal skills.
- Competence in computer skills (EMR/Word/Excel/Google Doc/Google Sheet/Chrome OS/Email); Experience with EMR Athena is a plus.
- Ability to read, write and effectively communicate in English.
- Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced clinic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift at least 25 pounds without assistance.
- Ability to frequently stand, walk, bend, lift, move, pull, and ascend/descend stairs.
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
