Interviewing Family Medicine physicians to join an Indianapolis, Indiana, FQHC with 15+ physicians and five sites. The group is looking for a family medicine physician to replace another provider who had to stop practicing due to a health concern.Opportunity Highlights
- The position would involve 35 patient contact hours per week
- Work in a small group setting.
- Strictly outpatient position.
- Administrative responsibilities can be taken care of from home. Most physicians see patients 4 days per week
- 1:12 phone call, call scheduled with nurse triage
- eClinicalWorks EMR
Financial Package
- Solid base salary with financial potential in the $300K range.
- Benefits include health/dental/vision insurance, 401K retirement plan with match, 4 weeks paid time off, $5k CME allowance + 1 week CME time, FTCA malpractice insurance, Life & STD/LTD Disability Insurance, up to $2.5k towards completing your Board Certification Exam, and more
- $25K Signing bonus
