Who we are seeking:
- MD or DO graduate
- Family Medicine Residency trained
- New York State licensed or the ability to obtain one
- DEA certificate
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine
- Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Certificate
About the benefits:
