They have 40 years of history and are one of the last private practices in the state. This is a wonderful, physician-owned and operated clinic with real work-life balance, and the autonomy to practice the way you want.About the opportunity:

- Thriving team of 20 providers, including 11 Physicians
- On-site lab, X-Ray, PT, and specialists on site
- Social workers and case managers in the office
- Offer growth and leadership opportunities
- Minimal call
- 32 clinical hours per week/4-day workweek
