- A team of more than 50 providers
- We provide care in family medicine, internal medicine, obstetrics and gynecology, general and bariatric surgery, urgent care, and behavioral health.
- Recognized as a Patient-Centered Primary Care Home
- Total outpatient with no obstetric work
- On-site lab, x-ray, and urgent care
