One of the largest healthcare systems in southeastern Massachusetts is adding Family Medicine Physicians due to community growth. Our team of more than 800 Physicians is dedicated to delivering exceptional care and services.Practice Highlights:
- High volume, quality-focused, and established practice with inclusion of Population Health manager, Pharmacy, dedicated Practice Manager, EMR support, and more.
- Advanced Practice Provider support
- Reasonable call requirements
Compensation/Benefits:
- Salary with Productivity & Performance-Based Incentives
- Sign-on Bonus - $60,000
- Retention Bonus - $20,000 X 4 years
- Comprehensive benefits package including: 4-5 weeks' vacation plus a week of CME and 6% match on retirement after 2 years
- Malpractice coverage of $2M / $6M
- Not-for-profit, underserved community site brings opportunities for loan forgiveness
- Continuing medical education (CME) allowance and paid time off

- Situated less than 30 minutes southeast of Providence, Rhode Island, and Cape Cod, and within 60 minutes of Boston, with convenient access to major highways
