A comprehensive health system in Connecticut offering primary care and specialty services is adding a Family Medicine physician just south of Hartford. Their priority is to provide the safest, highest-quality health care and the best experience possible for our community. Our Hospital is home to world-class technology and expert physicians.About the Opportunity:
- The health system has 11 outpatient practice locations
- Current opening in our 3-physician rural practice site south of Hartford
- Call is 3 times per year for a full week.
- Full age range of patients from Pediatrics through Adult
- 36 patient contact hours
- No night or weekend office hours required
- The average daily patient census is 16-18
- Patient panel capped at 1600
- EPIC EMR
- Option to teach Medical Students and Residents
Compensation/Benefits:
- Guaranteed base salary for 2 years, then production-based for high earnings potential
- 5 weeks PTO annually, plus 6 holidays, six sick days, and 1 week CME
- Employer matching 403b retirement
- Health and dental (with high employer contribution), malpractice with tail
- Federal loan repayment program available
- Signing bonus and relocation assistance available

- Located in south central Connecticut, just 26 miles from Hartford
- 3.5 hours to New York City
- Population of 8,000 people
