- Total outpatient
- A team of 7 Physicians and 2 PAs, along with strong support staff
- No call
- Flexible scheduling with no evening or weekend office hours
- Manageable patient census averaging 2 patients per hour
- Athena EMR

Location/Community:
- Located in northern New Hampshire in a rural community in Grafton County with a population of 6,000 people
- Situated at the northern edge of the White Mountains, along the Connecticut River
