Description
A federally qualified health center in Northwest Boston is adding a family medicine physician. We serve low-income, underinsured, uninsured, publicly housed, and homeless patients.About the Opportunity:
- 36 clinical hours. No weekends
- Call every 6 weeks
- Federally qualified health center with 5 locations
- Each site has a team that includes Physicians, MAs, Nurses, and PA/NPs
- EPIC EMR
- The average daily patient census is 18-22
- The typical work schedule is Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm, with some flexibility
- Market rate salary plus productivity and quality bonuses
- Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance
- Employer contribution 401k retirement
Location/Community:
- Located 25 miles from Worcester, 1 hour to Boston, and an easy drive to the border of southern New Hampshire
- Population of 41,000 people
- Hiking trails, public park, wildlife sanctuary, and art museum
- Public transportation includes bus and train service
