The largest independent multi-specialty group in the Phoenix, Arizona, area is expanding into Payson, AZ, and is adding Family Medicine Physicians. Join a network of more than 70 Providers offering Primary Care, Cardiology, Gastroenterology, Orthopedics, Neurology, Endocrinology, and Behavioral Health.

About the opportunity:

• Option for 4 or 5-day work week
• Total outpatient
• Call is 2-3 times per month
• Athena EMR
• Work in a small group setting.
• See approximately 23 patients per day

About the Compensation and Benefits:

• Partnership option
• Base salary plus RVU and value-based incentive (Up to $300K salary for experienced candidates)
