Details:
• Outpatient Family Medicine Physician w/ an established patient panel
• No nights, no weekends, no on-call
• 12-18 patients per day
• HPSA Score: 15
• 4‑day work week supporting exceptional work‑life balance
• Brand new, state‑of‑the‑art clinic w/ Epic EMR, AI scribe technology, & strong clinical support

Compensation and Benefits:
• $300K+ evergreen base salary guarantee, including 3% annual increases, independent of any wRVU‑based compensation structure
• Signing bonus & relocation assistance provided
• Student loan repayment program available
• 52 total days off annually, inclusive of federal & tribal holidays, vacation, sick time, & personal leave
• Opportunity to liquidate unused sick time adding up to $20K to your comp
