This is an opportunity to practice full scope family medicine in a supportive environment with an exceptional work life balance at one of their three clinic locations.

Position Highlights:
• 4 day workweek
• 16-18 patients per day
• Visiting specialists available to support the FM team
• Brand new, modern clinics with up to date technology
• New hospital opening in early 2028!

Compensation & Benefits:
• Two year guaranteed salary $325K+
• $100K sign on bonus
• Relocation assistance
• 4 weeks of vacation
• 2 weeks of CME

• Opportunities in St. Croix Falls, Webster and Frederic, Wisconsin- All charming communities in western Wisconsin
