- Provide supervision to department staff, work independently and collaborate with Practice Manager on relevant clinical issues
- Assist in recruiting and retaining talented staff and ensure proper training, resource allocation and develop standards to monitor and evaluate staff performance
- Implement and maintain clinical and business policies and procedures
- Ensure patient satisfaction within the clinic site and resolve patient issues
- Ensure strict adherence to policies/procedures related to clinical compliance, Standard Work development and maintenance, etc.
- Analyze metrics weekly relating to patient satisfaction, access and achievement of quality goals and objectives; develop and implement operational changes based on metrics
- Monitor, manage and ensure that provider and clinic empanelment is accurate
- Educate staff and providers on monthly metrics, glide paths, goals and areas for improvements
- Contribute to the development of short and long-term site workflow planning, then ensure plans are executed
- Achievement of clinical and business compliance and licensures for labs, staff and requirements for regulatory compliance
- Safety functions in clinics and ensure completion of safety training and proper orientation for new employees
- Coordinate, supervise and maintain accountability for the daily activities of clinic support
- Supervision of medical assistant staff in clinic setting, as well as working alongside team in times of short staffing to ensure continuity in patient care

Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years as certified medical assistant in a clinic setting
- 2+ years of clinical lead or staff management experience
- Knowledge of organization policies and procedures, computer applications, including intermediate to advanced Microsoft Word and Excel skills
- Knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT coding
- Medical supply management and performance management techniques and practices
- Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
- Proven ability to work independently, lead and motivate staff
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certified Medical Assistant experience
- Experience working with Medicare advantage care population
- Experience with quality reports/familiarity with quality improvement work
- Understanding of patient rooming workflows, referrals, and provider task support
- Proven excellent leadership skills to include solid communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to gather, analyze and evaluate data of patient satisfaction
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $60,200 - $107,400 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
