Our new name emphasizes that we are an organization dedicated to the principles of health. Plus, we love our new tagline: All of us. For all of you. It expresses our unity and commitment to service for our patients and our community!

What does this change mean in our current political climate?
In the current political environment, many people feel vulnerable and worry about their health care. Fundamental questions are being asked: will I lose my access to health care, and will I be treated with respect for who I am? We welcome all cultures, languages, gender identities, immigration statuses, socio-economic levels, religions, education levels, disabilities, and differences. Empowering people is a crucial part of health and healing. We stand by these values now, more than ever. We proudly hold our place on the front lines of serving those most in need.
Notable Accomplishments / Recognition
SRCH has always focused on providing high-quality, sustainable services that treat the whole person. Because of our excellent work to improve quality, SRCH was named a National Quality Leader by the Bureau of Primary Care in 2015. SRCH was also awarded The Joint Commission’s Gold Seal of Approval® for accreditation in early 2013 – the first health center in Sonoma County to earn this accreditation. We were recertified in early 2016 and again in 2018, including certification as a Patient Centered Medical Home. SRCH was also named one of the area’s Best Places to Work by the North Bay Business Journal in 2015, 2016, and 2017.
SRCH has the first accredited Family Nurse Practitioner Residency program in the nation. We also have a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Residency program.
