We’re supporting a mission-driven, community-based healthcare organization on California’s northern coast seeking a Family Medicine physician with OB experience to deliver full-spectrum care in an underserved population.

Position Details
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Setting: Outpatient clinic with prenatal care focus
Call: Rotating call schedule
Locations: Primary site with occasional coverage at a nearby clinic
Patient Mix: Scheduled + walk-in visits
Volume: ~15 patients/day
OB Scope
Manage prenatal patients and provide longitudinal care
Build continuity with expectant mothers in a community-focused setting
Delivery privileges: Potential opportunity based on hospital privileging and site needs
Flexible depending on provider comfort and experience
Compensation & Logistics
$220/hour + call
Travel and lodging fully covered
Malpractice insurance included
Flexible assignment structure with potential for extension
Requirements
Requirements
MD or DO – Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
OB experience required (prenatal care competency essential)
Active California license
