Blessing Health System Primary Care looks to add an additional Nurse Practitioner to our Hamilton Warsaw Primary Care Team!

Hours M-F / 8a-5p 
Occasional Saturday shifts

Board Certification is an expectation of all of our providers. 

Package Details: 

Salary starting $110,000 + years of experience.
Sign-on Bonus.
Relocation Assistance.

Requirements

FNP Degree required.
Must be comfortable seeing ages 3 months and up.
