Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate OB/GYN Generalist or Hospitalist to join our dynamic inpatient team. As a hospitalist, this role provides 24/7 Labor & Delivery coverage, manages obstetric and gynecologic emergencies, and supports a culture of safety, teamwork, and equitable care. As a generalist, this role providers coverage in labor & delivery, GYN inpatient, Operative Room, and Clinic settings to provide full scope care.

Requirements

What You’ll Do

• Provide inpatient OB/GYN care, including L&D, triage, antepartum, and postpartum management
• Perform vaginal, operative vaginal, and cesarean deliveries
• Manage obstetric emergencies (PPH, preeclampsia, fetal monitoring, VBAC/TOLAC)
• Provide urgent gynecologic care and minor procedures
• Supervise residents and participate in teaching
• Collaborate with nursing, midwifery, anesthesia, and NICU teams
• Contribute to quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
  

What We’re Looking For

• MD/DO; Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in OB/GYN
• Active state medical license (or eligibility)
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Experience in high-volume or high-acuity L&D preferred
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered, equitable care
