Practice Overview
- 100% outpatient Internal Medicine within a well-established regional group
- Multiple clinic options, including San Luis Obispo, Pismo Beach, Lompoc, and Santa Maria
- Optional teaching involvement with a Family Medicine residency program
- Collaborative infrastructure with strong clinical and administrative support
- Phone-only call limited to approximately four weeks per year
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary with RVU incentives
- $50,000 sign-on bonus and $50,000 retention bonus
- Up to $144,000 in student loan repayment

- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
- Eligible for California medical licensure
