Schedule

• Weekdays, 8 AM - 5 PM
• 16-18 patients per day
• Flexible blocks welcomed

Cases and Procedures

• Traditional internal medicine for senior population
• No procedures required
• Common conditions: diabetes, CHF, hypertension, cognitive decline

Requirements

• MD or DO, Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine
• Active Illinois license and DEA required
