PRATICE DESCRIPTION

• FQHC needs additional FM to do Outpatient and supervise NP.
• M-F 9-5 clinic but 4 day, 10-hour day will be considered
• No call is required
• Competitive salary plus RVU incentive
• Commencement bonus 10K, relocation assistance 5K, student loan forgiveness
• Will consider Visa candidates
