Cleveland Clinic Florida’s Primary Care Institute is currently seeking Primary Care Medical Directors at Cleveland Clinic Martin Health and Cleveland Clinic Indian River Hospital, with practices located in beautiful Martin, St. Lucie Counties and Vero Beach, Florida.

The Medical Director will oversee team performance, integration, access, clinical operations, quality, and evolution of the care model to support population health. This position will work closely with the Vice-Chief of Primary Care, Florida Market, Division Chairs and Site-Directors for the two counties along with Ambulatory Market Operations leadership regarding issues relating to clinical operational management. This position also has fiscal management responsibilities for primary care practices including timely completion of medical records, billing and coding and other administrative expenses. The successful candidate will be board certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine and have a preferred minimum of five years of leadership experience in a primary care setting.
