Were seeking a passionate and driven Family Medicine Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our primary care team in Shelby, MI! This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the health of our community while working in a supportive, mission-driven environment.
Opportunity Details
- Outpatient Department of Trinity Health Shelby Hospital
- Our Shelby locations offer primary care services with a team of Providers that specialize in Family Medicine working together to deliver a comprehensive, personalized patient experience
- In addition to primary care services, our Shelby office offers specialty services to including general surgery consultations, Urology, Sleep Medicine and Urgent Care
- Practice currently has a team of 6 total providers with 13 rooms
- 4 days/week schedule with extended hours and no weekends
- No on-call requirement for APP
- Very close knit & collaborative office with a supportive environment

Requirements
- Open to strong new graduates
- APPS: Board-certified in specialty prior to employment
- Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA license
- BLS certification (must be maintained)/ ACLS/BLS certification (must be maintained)
Duties & Responsibilities
A typical day may include:
- Providing direct patient care
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Participating in teaching and mentoring
- Documenting in Epic EMR
- Engaging in quality improvement initiatives
- Supporting community health efforts
