Practice Overview

• You'll join a collegial team of 5 physicians and 8 APPs in a physician-led, hospital-employed model
• Outpatient primary care; no OB or pediatrics required; telehealth hospitalist manages inpatient care
  • FMOB spots are available but NOT required.
• Brand-new $40M facility opened in Q1 2026 with 54 exam rooms, 12 procedure rooms, and full in-house diagnostics
• Collaborative culture with dedicated clinical and administrative support for each provider

Schedule

• Flexible schedule options
• 4.5 day work-week for full-time and you can choose your half day schedule!
  • Part-time options are available as well
• Opportunity to customize patient panel (Only if YOU want) toward geriatrics, chronic care, or general adult medicine

Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed base salary of $375,000-$400,000 for 3 years + Bonus!
• RVU productivity bonuses
• $50,000-$75,000 sign-on bonus or $120,000 for 5 year commitment
• Relocation reimbursement
• IPERS pension, 403(b), $4,000 CME, malpractice with tail, and 30 days PTO
• IPERS Pension is one of the last of its kind! Get paid a portion of your salary for the rest of your life or pass it along to your dependents.

Candidate Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or FMOB
• Eligible for Iowa licensure
• New grads welcome; mentorship available
• Interest in rural or community-based practice encouraged
